So I proudly completed the last repeat and bound off the wedding stole this morning... only to realize that I forgot to do the last 8 rows of garter stitch!!!! Argh!!!!! It's easily fixed, and I have enough time, but how annoying and what a silly mistake! I'm glad I left myself enough time for something like this although no, I did not test block some portion of the stole before finishing. Unblocked, it is currently around 46" long and I really do think it will open out a lot. In fact, I'm counting on it! Three days until the wedding... but I'm hoping I can redo the border and block tonight.
In other news, now that I'm all set with sKNITches, I am trying my hand at conquering Sundara Yarn. Of course, I totally missed yesterday's update, even though it was at 6.30pm EDT. I checked, I don't know, at around 7 or 8pm and there did not appear to have been update yet... and then by 9.30pm I saw there had been an update and it was all gone...!!! However, I have signed up for a Spring Seasons subscription which I am pretty excited about so the pressure is off. Phew!
